Yoimar Falcon

Yoimar Falcon is a multilingual educator and instructional leader with more than 30 years of teaching experience across Venezuela, Canada, and the United States. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, she specializes in multilingual learners, literacy, student voice, and culturally responsive instruction. She is the founder of Building Literacy Bridges, an initiative focused on strengthening literacy, multilingual learning, and community engagement through inclusive and meaningful educational practices.
