Janice Wyatt-Ross

Dr. Janice Wyatt-Ross is an assistant principal at Lafayette High School in Lexington, Kentucky, and a former principal of a dropout prevention center. With more than two decades of experience in education, her work focuses on student engagement, culturally responsive leadership, and equity-centered practices. She is a community advocate, curriculum designer, and published writer who is committed to helping schools serve students with compassion, rigor, and integrity.
