Over the past 20 years, Delia E. Racines, PhD, has served as a principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, teacher, content designer, consultant, and adjunct professor in Los Angeles and Washington, DC. Racines transitioned department chairs to instructional coaches through tailored modules and was awarded the Shirley Hord Award by Learning Forward. Racines, a new Solution Tree author, published Trust as the Core of Instructional Leadership and oversees a Reading and Literacy Program and School Business Management Program at the University of Southern California.
